Audit and assurance

We provide assurance services on full sets of stand-alone or consolidated financial statements or components of these. Our expertise not only covers Luxembourg legal requirements and International Financial Reporting Standards but also the features of other international GAAP.

In addition to internationally defined engagements such as audits, limited reviews and agreed upon procedures, we also carry out other more specific types of engagement, such as contributions in kind, interim dividends, mergers and acquisitions, liquidations and eligible expenses. We also act as Commissaire aux comptes.

A number of our staff are members of the Institut des Réviseurs d’entreprises (the Luxembourg Institute of Independent Auditors) and are registered as Réviseurs d’Entreprises Agréés with the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier.
